چکیده

Within their natural habitat, plants are subjected to abiotic stresses that include heat stress. In the current study, effect of 4 h, 24 and 48 h stress on Tetraena propinqua ssp. migahidii seedling’s protein profile proteomic analyses were investigated. Total soluble SDS-PAGE (Sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) showed 18-protein bands, newly synthesized band (with molecular weights 86.5, 30.2 31.4 KD) at normal conditions. Proteomic analysis 81 930 targets involved in gene expression respectively. At 57 genes 110 proteins C4 reached 56 173 T4. 63 180 C24 decreased 54 151 T24. After 136 C48 increased 64 T48. The transcription, translation, photosynthesis, transport, other unknown metabolic processes, differentially expressed under treatments These findings provide insights into mechanisms related stress, addition its influence physiological traits T. seedlings. Heat stress-mediated differential regulation indicate a role development response . candidate dual-specificity identified this study paves way for more up-and-down-regulation.
